Eztabaida:The Great Mouse Detective
Wouldn't the title translated from the original English be handia sagu detektibea, or something like that? I found no proof this movie is translated into Basque yet. The translation seems to be based on the Spanish title only, not the original English. 99.56.72.50 21:19, 24 Martxoa 2011 (UTC)

- There are still some other Disney movie articles using the Basque names and not the original. Shouldn't they be moved? Although I heard a few of the movies were actually dubbed. The ones I heard were dubbed are The Lion King, Lilo & Stitch, Treasure Planet, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Brother Bear. But not the following (which are still using the Basque names):
- Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
- Pinocchio
- Sleeping Beauty
- The Sword in the Stone
- One Hundred and One Dalmatians
- Cinderella
- Alice in Wonderland

I believe they should be moved to the original titles like The Great Mouse Detective, The Rescuers, The Fox and the Hound, The Princess and the Frog, Lady and the Tramp, Oliver & Company, The Little Mermaid (1989ko filma), The Aristocats, and The Three Caballeros were.

- The reason to include the spanish title is that in Basque Country films are mostly shown in Spanish or in French. Most basque speakers know the name of the film by the spanish name, so, in some way, it's relevant. -Lainobeltz (eztabaida) 20:43, 4 abendua 2018 (UTC)

- checked Google for basque versions of those Disney films. Sadly, there were none (money talks). So I moved all of them to the original english titles. IMHO, I dont like those spanish/french titles but must admit they are helpful for most basque speakers.-Marklar (eztabaida) 18:46, 5 abendua 2018 (UTC)
