Compass rose in Basque

Current draft of Basque-language compass rose

I’m trying to make localized compass roses for as many Latin-script languages as I can, and I am hoping to get feedback on this draft. I have taken abbreviations for the major directions from the article, but I do not know how to abbreviate the 16 “quarter winds”. For example, the direction 33¾° from north, which in English is called northeast by north and abbreviated NEbN, I am currently identifying as IE×I, but I do not know if this is accurate and would appreciate consultation from a Basque speaker nerdy enough to care about 32-point compass roses.
