Hello Euku, yes, it is prohibited to use templantes in the singatures, but this templante also is used not only in singatures, but also in user's pages. Ok, I didn't see that it was included in his userpages. But do not forget that, every time he changes this template these pages must be generated again. And each time one of the pages is changed, the parser must include his template (this is not as fast as you think) just to show a simple signature. I don't know, if he is the only one, who uses this kind of template in his signature here, but if you permit it in this case, you must grant it everyone on this wiki. I think this is a needless way to use the resources of the Wikimedia-servers.
