Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Ocoliş, potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, se compun dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, împărţit în două câmpuri. În şef (prima treime), pe fond de aur, se află 3 element romboidale pe fond roşu, reprezentând motive populare 1 culorile albastru, verde, mov, galben, dispuse în formă de cruce şi având colţurile marcate. În partea centrală, în câmp de argint, se află un brad roşi dezrădăcinat. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un tui crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Ţesătura este specifică zonei, iar bradul roşu (zada) reprezintă o varietate dendrologică specifică zonei, roşu fiind lemnul bradului. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
