Français : Les armoiries d'Enghien-les-Bains furent empruntées à Louis, Joseph, Henri de Bourbon, Prince de Condé (1756–1830), propriétaire de la plupart des terres de la vallée de Montmorency dont l'étang et le moulin. Le lambel en chef était une brisure destinée à rappeler qu'il s'agissait d'une branche cadette; le bâton péri était la brisure que la maison de Condé a toujours arborée.
