Spanish Ladies (euskaraz Espainiar Andereak) britainiar itsasgizonen abesti herrikoi bat da, halere herrialde anglosaxoi guztietako arrantza edo itsasgizonen giroan oso ezaguna da. Ingelesez sea shanty izenez deitu ohi den abesti mota bat da, hots, itsasgizonen abestia.

Abestia XVI-XVII. mendekoa dela uste da, bertan Espainiatik Ingalaterrako The Downs eskualderako Royal Navyko itsasgizonen bidaia deskribatzen delarik.
